2. Increase thickness
Generally, after the construction of the epoxy floor paint primer and topcoat, only a 0.2-0.5mm coating will be produced, which not only has poor wear resistance but also gives a poor walking experience. Everyone should be able to feel this. Thicker epoxy floor projects have a certain elasticity, which is comfortable to walk on, and the chance of injury after falling will also be reduced.
3. Reduce costs
Since the intermediate coating does not need to bear the task of protecting various harmful substances, the requirements for it can be reduced a little. In addition, the intermediate coating is located in the middle of the epoxy floor paint coating, and even if there are a variety of colors, people cannot see it, so the carbon powder can be omitted. Therefore, the intermediate coating is usually cheaper than the topcoat and primer.
