Floor Treatment
| Process name | Specific procedures and requirements |
| Surface treatment | Use a dust-free diamond grinder to remove the dust on the cement surface and make the surface rough. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove sand, debris, and dust. Use gas or a dryer to dry the wet area. |
| Primer coating treatment | Add the main agent and hardener of the material in proportion and stir them thoroughly with a mixer. When using, you can use a brush, roller brush, or spray gun to apply the material thinly and evenly to form a primer. The interval between paintings is more than 8 hours. |
| Middle coating treatment | Take a certain proportion of the main agent and hardener, stir them thoroughly with a mixer, then add quartz aggregate and stir them evenly. Use a trowel to flatten the above mixture on the primer within the usable time to fill the holes and pinholes. |
| Top coating treatment | After the mid-coat resin hardens, if there are particles on the surface, they should be ground off first and the holes filled. Then, take a quantitative proportion of the main agent and hardener and mix them thoroughly. Use a trowel to level them on the mid-coat. At the same time, use a needle roller to roll back and forth on the resin mortar before bonding to evenly distribute the aggregate and remove bubbles, making the resin surface smooth and bright. |

| Stone polishing process | Stone polishing is an important process for stone maintenance. Some stones can be polished directly. Polishing is mainly to increase the brightness of the stone surface. Stone polishing is generally carried out according to the procedure of rough grinding → semi-fine grinding → fine grinding → fine grinding → polishing. Some can omit the rough grinding step, mainly to see whether the original stone surface has been preliminarily processed. ① Rough grinding: The grinding disc is required to have a deep cutting depth, high grinding efficiency, coarse grinding lines, and a rough surface. It mainly removes the saw blade marks left in the previous process and grinds the flatness and shape of the stone in place. ② Semi-fine grinding: Remove the rough grinding marks to form new finer lines, so that the stone surface is flat and smooth. ③ Fine grinding: The pattern, particles, and color of the stone surface after fine grinding are clearly displayed, the surface is delicate and smooth, and begins to have a faint gloss. ④ Fine grinding: There are no traces on the surface of the stone after fine grinding. The surface is getting smoother and smoother, and the glossiness can reach more than 55 degrees. ⑤Polishing: Use a special granite polishing machine to grind the stone from coarse to fine with a stone water grinding disc from No. 50 to No. 3000, so that the floor is bright and smooth like new. The polished stone surface is as bright as a mirror, and its glossiness can reach more than 85 degrees. Different grinding and polishing processes are used according to different types of stone. |
| Flat plate polishing process | Check the condition of materials - glue repair - check before starting the machine - put on the board - cut the edges - start each grinding head in turn - observe the grinding and polishing situation - adjust the grinding parameters - dry - wax, clean - inspect - unload the board - pack. |
| Curved plate polishing process | The grinding and polishing process of the curved panel: check the material condition - glue repair - manual rough grinding - inspection - put the board on - check before starting - rough grinding - check the rough grinding condition - fine grinding - polishing - check the polishing condition - take the board off. |
| Flat plate polishing process | Grinding and polishing process of special-shaped lines: Check the condition of the material - check whether the shape of the model is qualified - outline according to the standard template - rough grind the two end faces - rough grind from both ends to the middle - fine grind - splice - disassemble after using a 400# water grinder - grind and polish - inspect. |
