Concrete waterproofing agent
Details
Usage
1. The concrete must be dry, and its surface must be cleaned before construction.
2. Protect the finished product in non-protected areas.
3. Dilute the waterproofing agent with water to about 5 times.
4. Apply the waterproofing agent evenly on the concrete surface to be protected with a dust pusher or roller, and apply it horizontally and staggered. Do not miss any part. For loose concrete with a large water absorption rate, the protective construction should be continuous 2 times (the second time should be applied before the previous one is completely dry).
5. Naturally cure for more than 24 hours at room temperature (the curing time in low-temperature environments can be appropriately extended).
Precautions
1. When cement is changed or new cement is added, a concrete compatibility test should be performed.
2. Properly mix the ingredients according to the mix ratio, and strictly follow the construction specifications when pouring concrete.
3. Like conventional concrete, it must be strengthened according to the construction specifications.
4. Concrete waterproofing agent should be stored in a dry place, pay attention to moisture-proof, and the shelf life is 2 years. During the shelf life, if it is damp and agglomerated, it can still be used after grinding and sieving.
5. For waterproofing agent concrete in corrosive media, when the corrosion resistance coefficient is less than 0.8, anti-corrosion measures should be taken. The surface temperature of the waterproofing agent concrete structure should not exceed 100℃, otherwise, protective measures must be taken to isolate the heat source.
