Construction Process
| Specific practices and requirements |
| 1. Dry-grind the concrete surface to 50# (no need to grind if there is no flatness requirement) |
| 2. Keep the concrete completely dry and clean its surface. |
| 3. Protect the finished product in the non-hardened area. |
| 4. Dilute the concrete seal hardener KS-503A in the ratio of hardener: water = 1:2. |
| 5. Sprinkle the diluted hardener KS-503A evenly on the concrete surface and push it evenly with a dust pusher. |
| 6. Keep the ground moist for more than 2 hours. If the hardener is completely absorbed by the ground, sprinkle additional hardener to keep it moist; if the hardener begins to dry and become sticky, sprinkle water to keep the ground moist. |
| 7. Natural curing for more than 4 hours. |
| 8. Further dry-grind the concrete surface to 1000# (no need to grind if there is no flatness requirement). |
| 9. Sprinkle the concrete seal hardener KS-503B evenly on the concrete surface and push it evenly with a dust pusher. |
| 10. Keep the ground moist for more than 30 minutes. If the hardener is completely absorbed by the ground, sprinkle additional hardener to keep it moist; if the hardener begins to dry on the concrete surface, sprinkle water to keep the ground moist. |
| 11. After the concrete seal hardener KS-503B is slightly dry, polish it with a high-speed polisher equipped with a 3# masonry polishing pad. |
| 12. If you want to achieve better hardening and polishing effects, after the floor is completely dry, you can use the concrete seal hardener KS-503B again for hardening and polishing. |
