Manual repair method
1. Clean the concrete surface and moisten it with water, but there should be no visible water on the surface.
2. Use a brush (or roller) to apply the repair agent to the concrete to be repaired, allowing the repair agent to fully penetrate the hole.
3. Mix the repair agent and cement (or add appropriate pigment according to the color of the concrete) in a ratio of 1:2-4 (according to the size of the defective hole, fine sand and crushed stone aggregate can be added appropriately) to make a repair mortar.
4. Fill the repair mortar into the holes of the concrete, compact and smooth it, slightly higher than the concrete surface, the repair mortar is prepared and used immediately, and it should be used up before the cement begins to set.
5. Natural curing for more than 24 hours.
How to use automatic repair of small holes
1. Continuous small holes below 2CM and cracks below 5MM can be repaired naturally.
2. Clean the concrete surface and moisten it with water, but there should be no visible water on the surface.
3. Use a brush (or roller) to apply the repair agent to the concrete to be repaired, allowing the repair agent to fully penetrate the holes.
4. Use a three-head planetary grinder with 80#120# metal grinding discs and 50#100#200# resin grinding discs to repeatedly grind and repair.
5. If there are many holes in the concrete, you can evenly sprinkle cement powder with a grade of 425 or above after applying the repair agent for grinding and repairing. A small amount of water can be sprayed during the grinding process.
6. Check the hole repair situation. You can add a repair agent while grinding until all the holes are repaired and smooth, and polish the repair agent remaining on the floor surface.
7. Natural curing for more than 24 hours.
